Learn from yesterday, Live for today, and hope for tomorrow

I'm not sure why but I've been avoiding writing but It's all just piling up so I might as well start off. 

January one of my oldest friends Jamie found me on myspace.  I've known her since we were both in diapers.  I'm very happy we got connected again, and cannot believe she is also in Florida.  So we went down to Tampa to see for her birthday, and oh what a sweet little boy she has.

March 15 was mine and Kenne second anniversary (now two and a half years)

In May Kenne and I went to New York with his dad and sister Michelle.  Oh my god I had never seen a broadway play before they were great.  We got to see Avenue Q and South Pacific.  We went to these really great resurants and a great susi place.  And although I do not eat susi, Kenne kept bugging me so I did it so he would stop, but then he didn't stop

Also in May we went to see Jamie again and that is when I lost my phone.  Lovely right?  Jamie and I went ot the mall and went into one store and when we went out I realized I didn't have my phone and I definelty had it in the store.  The store people even shut the music off so I could try and find it but I guess some stupid person took it because we didn't find it.  Then later that day I kept calling it and someone picked up the phone but wouldn't say anything, so then I called verizon and told them it was stolen.  

Konner started walking in May and when I say walk I mean run and fall even though now it's just mor of a run and fall on purpose.  Not sure if I said it but Konner is Kayla's half brother.  And guess what, on July 1st their mom had another little girl and her name is Apprecia.  But now my parents are fostering and going to adopt her and they are calling her Karly.  She has a head full of hair and is so cute with her little smiles.  She was so small only about 6lbs and now at two months she is 13lbs.

I had a good birthday this year Kenne and I went to the park and had a picnic and then we went to my parents house.  Then that weekend Kenne and I went to New York again with a lot of his family his Dad, Melanie, dad's parents, sister Michelle and boyfriend Josh, and his stepbrother.  That time we saw West Side Story and Jersey Boys, and they were both fatastic!  After NYC before Kenne started school we went to go see Jamie again, I really wish she lived closer then two and a half hours away.

Ok so finally on the present. Not much going on now a lot of helping Kenne with his college algebra and me trying to find a better job.  Although on September 30th is Konner Jame's adoption Yay 
Tomorrow and next week Kenne and I are going to temple with his grandparents for the high holy services.
Our apartment is sooo messy it needs to be cleaned so badly but who knows when that is going to happen but I do need to go and and put a load of laundry in our broken washer (haha lovely)  and then put it in our dryer that doesn't dry and takes two hours to dry anything.

All the Kids

So there is a ton of stuff that's happened and I have just been procrastinating. 

First of all in May Kenne and I got engaged.  

Of course we left to go on our European trip June 14th.  It was absolutly amazing.  It is one thing to hear about things in a book, but to actually be there was incredible. 

The french school in Angers (pronounced on-jay), was great.  For not having known any French I learned as much as I could.  I definetly feel like I can understand people better, but up to a point of course.

The was Madrid and Barcelona Spain which was nich except for the fact that I was sick the whole time since I'm allergic to smoke and that's like the smoking capital of western europe.  It sucked they could smoke inside and everywhere they wanted.  Other then that it was geourgous we saw a ton of religous paintings of course.  Some from the 1200's!

Bern Switzerland was after that and it was really only a shopping town so in a day we went down the main strip.  It was so expensive there we pain 18euro which is like $25 for a plate of pasta.  And in one of the shops there was a dress for half off it was only 750euro.

Rome, Italy next oh and the Coloseum was fabulous, I can't beleive that the Romans built that without our technology they were so fucking smart.  We also went to see Palatine Hill which is right accross from the Coloseum and is where the emporers had their palace.  I will say that the Church totally pisses me off because Palatine Hill is only ruiens now because the Church took the stones from the palaces to make their churches in the 1600's, lovely hu?

Florence, Italy was very pretty we got to see the statue of David, which was huge at least 17ft tall.  Also we saw the Birth of Venus Painting.

Venice Italy was georgous of course.  But get this when we first got there we stood on line for 2 hours to get a waterbus pass that was 30euro each (about $48) for three days, and can you beleive not once did they check that we had passes.  Everyone just goes on and off the boat.  But whatever we did get to see the Doges palace and go to Marano island where they do the glass.

Vienna, Austria was next didn't do much there but it was pretty and we got to go into the Empirial Palace.

Berlin, Germany was nice.  We went to see the Rightstag which we waited on line for an hour and a half and all you do is go up to the roof to see the view.  We also went to see a part of the Berlin wall that was still standing.

London, England was great I got to meet my second cousin once removed Shoshana and her family.  She took us to Legoland the first day which was a fun experience with them.  Then Kenne and I went to the Tower of London.  And the last day we were there Shoshana took us to Leads Castle in Kent, oh totally georgous.

Edinburgh, Scotland was very pretty we didn't get to do anything except for walk around because it was to expensive to go into the castle.

Dublin, Ireland was my favorite place.  We stayed in a B&B and went into Dublin and another village Malahide.  The people were just so nice and the enviorment and everything was fantastic.  We went into the Guiness factory of course.  We also went to Kilmanum Gaol which is a jail that they used to send people that were going to be shipped off to Austrailia.

Paris, France was great.  We saw the Louvre and got that place is huge.  We just saw so many amazing things.  Like there was this necklace that was about four thousand yrs old made of stone that looks like you could buy it in a store today.  Of course we also went all the way up the Eiffel tower, incredible.

Nice France we met up with Kenne's dad, stepmom and grandparents, which was really nice to see people we knew. 

Then we came home, sigh on August 9th.
Since we've been home we just really have been trying to organize buisness that we need to get to.  I had my 22nd birthday :)  and Kenne is starting his school semester again.  I've officially decided that I am not going to go back to school right now and that I just need to take this time to figure things out.  I'm looking for a job, I think I'm going to do a work at home customer service agent.  I've found a couple places that I can do that I just need to wait until Kenne moves into his next apartment.  Which is also happening we get to move into a bigger place yay :)  I just need to wait because I have to have a landline phone.

This update is getting really long so I'm going to stop now and talk more later :)

Ok so Kenne and I have been back from Jersey for two weeks.  The wedding was really fun and I got to see a lot of people that I hadn't seen for a long time.  The boys looked so damn cute in their suites and Kaitlyn of course looked gourgeous in her flower girl outfit.  

I got to see Mandy and meet her boyfriend bill so that was also great.  We had the people sing to Kenne since March 31st was his 25th birthday, hehe.  And then since we were flying home on Kenne's birthday last week we went over my parents house and had birthday cake for him.

I've posted tons of pictures from Jersey and our other Vacation at Cocoa Beach on my photobucket account flowerflirt44.  I did fix the fact that everything was password protected, so now it's on public and everyone can go look at it.

I'm so excited we booked our airline tickets for Europe and we're leaving June 14th and getting back August 9th.  We've also started booking Hostels so we can make sure we have a private room with double bed.  I finally got my passport yay! I never thought I would be going anywhere ever.  Although now I do have one problem, I can't find a place for my cat.  I am way to broke to be able to afford $10 a night for boarding as reasonable as that is it would be like $500.  So I've been trying to find someone that will help me by taking her or checking on her every few days.  Keena is going to my parents house but Kyle is allergic so Pookie can't.  Ahhh it's just one thing after another I have to find a way to have her taken care of somehow.

Ok so things have been good I have not been updating so there is sooo much to say and I just have no idea where to begin.

Oh my god I am so excited and so scared at the same time because Kenne and I are going on a eurail this summer. I mean we've been planning on it for months but now we are actually starting to plan it and I'm just like ahh oh my god. I can't wait we're going to go everywhere we're probably going to Fly into France go to Spain (Madrid then Barcelona) go to Switzerland (Bern) go to Italy (Venice then Rome) go to Greece (Athens) go to Austria (Vienna) go to Germany (Berlin then Cologne) go to Britain (London) go to Scotland (Edinburgh then Glasgow) go to Irelsnf (Dublin then Rathnew) . After all that which will be like 31ish days we're going to go to a French immersion School for two weeks. Then we'll go to Paris for a couple days and then to Nice to see Kenne's dad and grandparents and then we'll come home. I'm so fucking excited I can't wait to see everything, all the old buildings and the museums and oh my god it's just going to be so fantastic.

For those who know about my parents and how they foster and adopt children, well they have decided to adopt another little girl. She is four years old and her anme is Precious but my parents are going to rename her Kayla (a K name of course). So now my family is going to have three girls and four boys, all we need is one more girl to even it out.

Kenne and I had our one year anniversary on March 15th. We went and sat in this pretty spot by the lake while he taught me French. Then we went out to this place called Fuji Sushi and it was fantastic so yummy. We came back and started going through our pictures from 2007 because we are going to do a photo album each year. Afterwards we enchanged gifts, I gave him his first I bought him a star in Ursa Minor and named it Panda because that is what I call him. Next he gave me his and he got me this really nice coin set, it is the set from the Statue of Liberty's 100yr anniversary from 1986 the year I was born.

Sunday we went over my parents for a early easter dinner since we are going to be in Jersey for easter and the kids were hyper and knocked my camera from my hand and it fell and got all screwed up. Kenne is so sweet and I love him so much he helped me get a new one for Jersey next week.

I got a little kitty cat and named her Pookie she is a gray tabby and so friendly and talkative. Oh yea and of course I'm going to have pictured at the end. I didn't know that when I got Pookie I was getting a cat-monkey she likes to jump up onto the the top of the cabinets and then go and open the cabinet with her paw and get into her cat rood. Another thing she loves to do is at like three in the morning if she wants in the bedroom she will stick her paws under the door face up and grab the door and shake. Which makes this crazy loud noise that you would never believe a tiny seven pound cat is making.

Actually I think instead of just putting a couple pictures in LJ i'm going to put a ton in a photobucket account and then put the link here so I'll do that like tomorrow or something.

Truthfully I can't even begin to explain how I feel there are just no words...

Well it is totally true abou what they say "when it rains it pours." My life has been so damn stressful it sucks.
1) my computer had a meltdown and so I still do not have a computer because my friend looked at it and said the motherboard is fried.
2) my phone decided that it would be fun to stop charging so I didn't have a phone for weeks because I didn't have the money to replace it for $50.
3) then I did replace the phone but that one wouldn't download any ringtone so I had to go back and replace that phone.
4) after going home and trying to charge that phone it wouldn't charge so obviously the charger port had got moved back by well my charger which would be $30 to replace
5) so I went back and replaced the phone which thankfully still works (so far)
6) I told them that my charger had screwed the phone up again so I had to buy a new one they said hey we'll be nice and swap it omg great right. Ok so we drive all the way back to the apartment and get the charger go back and swap them out.
(Break) We go to the mall, go see my parents, Kenne's car stalls, we go to the auto shop, then UCF
7. I go through some shit at UCF that totally stressed me out
8. we get back in the car at UCF and my charger is not there.
I call my dad to see if its in the driveway and its not so Kenne was so fantastic and drove me everywhere else we had been but still we didn't find it.

So I've had such a fucking horrid day that it sucks, the only good part about it is seeing my family and being with Kenne.

Kenne has spring break next week so we're going to go to stay with his cousin in Coco Beach for two nights, so I'll get to meet the other side of his family.

It will be our one year anniversary on March 15th so I'm looking foward to that. We just have no idea what on earth we're going to do that day.

Going to Jersey at the end of the month is coming up fast so that will be fun. My grandma is right about what she says "the whole family gets together when there is a wedding, birth, or funeral." I still can't believe my aunt is finally getting married, although I'm getting a little worried because my shoes that i had to order and the place has to dye hasn't come in yet. So I think my aunt will go crazy on me if I don't have them for the wedding.

I think I've said enough this entry so that's it for now.

Ok so now I think I'm more tired then I though I was because I totally forgot last week.

Thursday of course was Valentine's Day and Kenne and I went out to eat at Antonio's (not sure if I spelled that right or not) and then we went mini golfing, then we went and rented Oliver Twist so that was a really good day and we had lots of fun

Than Friday was our 11 month anniversary so we decided to go roller skating. Now you see I have not been roller skating in forever probably eight years. I started out on roller blades but the ones there were just way to heavy and were screwing with my feet so I had to move to the regular skates which I wasn't to happy about. But it was still fun. Then afterwards we went to see a movie at like midnight.

I also forgot about the fact that March is coming up real quick it seems. It's only like a month and a week until Kenne and I go up to Jersey for my aunt's wedding.
